Hem Support Wear exists to create supportive, comfortable, and beautiful garments that empower women to move through their days with confidence—especially when navigating pelvic floor challenges. Every product we make, every conversation we have, and every partner we work with is in service of one goal: helping women feel held, not held back.
We believe that all women deserve to feel supported and empowered in their pelvic health journeys.
But this isn’t just about providing a beautiful and helpful support garment; it’s about so much more. We endeavor to empower people to engage in the conversation about pelvic floor health. We also raise awareness about pelvic floor health and advocate for women’s wellbeing throughout all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
Pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, impact millions of women worldwide, and many women navigate their journeys alone and in silence. We believe it shouldn’t be that way! Our goal is to foster a community centered in uplifting women through connection, information, resources, and support.

Why Hem?
Hem Support Wear’s mission to reimagine the pelvic floor support garment has been personal since the beginning. “Hem” comes from three special ladies in our founder Lauren’s life whose first initials are “H”, “E”, and “M”.
Our name reflects our deep commitment to rethinking what pelvic floor support means–not only for ourselves, but for our loved ones and our community, as well. We’re dedicated to producing garments that are designed to fit YOU, your body, and your lifestyle.
