2025 Year in Review: Our Biggest Year Yet
If 2024 was about proving what’s possible, 2025 was about scaling that possibility into impact.
This year, Hem Support Wear didn’t just grow. We expanded access, redefined conversations around pelvic health, and deepened support for thousands of women navigating some of the most overlooked challenges in healthcare.
From hitting all 50 states to launching smarter tools and securing international recognition, here’s a look at the moments that made 2025 our most powerful year yet.
We Reached All 50 States
In December, we shipped our final orders to Montana and Wyoming—officially making Hem garments available in all 50 states. This milestone isn’t just a map marker. It represents a growing movement of women seeking real, evidence-backed support for prolapse, postpartum recovery, and everyday pelvic health.
We Partnered with 485+ Clinics to Expand Access
In 2025, we added 175 new healthcare clinics to our provider network—bringing Hem garments to physical therapy offices, birth centers, OB/GYNs, and specialty practices across the country. That brings our total network to more than 485 clinics and counting.
These relationships are about more than distribution. They're about changing the standard of care and ensuring pelvic support is part of the treatment conversation from day one.
We Were Recognized for Innovation and Advocacy
In 2025, Hem was honored on both national and global stages.
We were selected as one of the top 10 finalists in our award category by the Cartier Women’s Initiative, a globally recognized program supporting women-led impact businesses. This recognition reinforced what we already knew: pelvic health is not a niche issue. It’s a vital part of women’s health that deserves investment, innovation, and visibility.
We were also named a finalist in the Pelvic Health category of the Sexual Wellness Awards, standing out among more than 120 applicants. This honor celebrated our commitment to designing solutions that center real-world need, clinical insight, and lived experience.
These moments of recognition didn’t change our mission, but they amplified it. And they reminded us how powerful it is when pelvic health is brought to the main stage.
We Made Our Support Smarter and More Accessible
Everything we launched this year was designed to meet women where they are and make support easier to access. Highlights include:
-
An improved size quiz to reduce returns and get better fits on the first try
-
Hem’s garments are now eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement
-
New bundle pricing to make long-term support more affordable
- A refreshed website that doubled revenue and improved conversion rates by 43%
- We launched our pelvic floor support garments in a new color—Beige—as a direct response to your feedback. (Have an idea for how we can better support you? Let us know—we're always listening!)
These aren’t just optimization wins. They’re everyday wins for the people wearing our products.
We Shared More Stories Than Ever Before
In 2025, our blog became a go-to resource for both education and connection. We published:
-
Monthly founder reflections on POP, motherhood, recovery, and resilience
-
10+ Expert Spotlights from pelvic floor PTs and health professionals
-
Real stories from customers in our Hem Spotlight series
- Practical guides for travel, postpartum care, periods with POP, and more
Every blog post is written with one goal in mind: to make pelvic health feel less isolating and more supported.
The Moments That Mattered Most
And of course, there were the moments that reminded us what this work is really about.
Like the customer who called her garment “magic underwear” before boarding a plane to Africa. Or the mom who used our garment to feel confident running errands for the first time postpartum. Or the first customer to use loyalty points to reorder the product that helped her feel more like herself.
These are the real milestones. And they are what drive us forward.
What’s Next?
2025 showed us what’s possible when support is smart, accessible, and rooted in real stories. In 2026, we’re going even deeper—into partnerships, education, design innovation, and better care.
Thank you to every provider who said “yes,” every customer who tried something new, and every reader who shared our words.
We’re building something different. And we’re just getting started.
